Adherence to the Mediterranean Diet and socio-behavioral variables in the child. "The Good Habits ” project

Introduction: Adherence to a healthy eating style is a fundamental measure to be adopted from childhood to prevent the development of chronic non-communicable diseases. The traditional Mediterranean diet (DM) has proved to be an effective dietary model able to reduce the risk of these diseases. The aim of this study is to evaluate the socio-demographic and behavioral risk factors correlated with low adherence to DM in primary school children.
