ConclusionsWarfarin and ibuprofen were the most commonly used concomitant medications causing pharmacodynamic interactions and potentially increasing the risk of bleeding in OAP-treated patients. Esomeprazole and omeprazole were used in clopidogrel-treated patients although there are alternatives available for gastric protection.
