ConclusionLactobacilli cocktail was shown to have beneficial anti-tumor effects on HT-29 cells by modulating the Notch and Wnt/β-catenin pathways; therefore, the use of Lactobacilli probiotics as nutritional supplements may prevent the incidence of colon cancer.
