Gastrointestinal pathogens in anti-FH antibody positive and negative Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome.

CONCLUSION: This study reveals a higher prevalence of GI pathogens in anti-FH positive than in negative patients. No single pathogen was implicated exclusively in one form of HUS.
