Diagnostic efficacy and safety of navigational bronchoscopy (NB) in the investigation of challenging lung lesions
Conclusion: NB is a safe modality to sample lung lesions in patients with comorbidities and a poor PS. Our results show low diagnostic efficacy for these challenging cases. Negative NB should therefore be followed by further investigations.
