Social impairment of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplant.

CONCLUSION: hematopoietic stem cell transplantation changes the social function of patients with hematologic cancer during hospitalization stage. Thus, patients should receive guidance addressing the social domain in order that it can be less affected.
