The molecular basis of chloroethylclonidine block of inward rectifier (Kir2.1 and Kir4.1) K(+) channels.
CONCLUSIONS: Overall, our results suggest that differences in the cavity of Kir channels are determinants in its interactions with chloroethylclonidine.
