An unusual presentation of paediatric Listeria meningitis with selective spinal grey matter involvement and acute demyelinating polyneuropathy.

CONCLUSION: Spinal cord involvement is rare in neuro-listeriosis and there no previous paediatric reports of Listeria-related myelitis or demyelinating polyneuropathy.
