The Nutri-Score nutrition label: Associations between the underlying nutritional profile of foods and lipoprotein particle subclass profiles in adults

CONCLUSIONS: A higher FSAm-NPS score is associated with a less favourable lipoprotein particle subclass profile in middle-to older-aged adults which may be a potential mechanism underlying reported health benefits of a healthy diet according to Nutri-Score rating.PMID:38692976 | DOI:10.1016/j.atherosclerosis.2024.117559
