Phacolytic Glaucoma Diagnosed by Cytopathology: A Clinicopathologic Case Series

CONCLUSIONS: Phacolytic glaucoma is a rare complication of mature/hypermature cataracts that presents with ocular pain, decreased vision, and anterior chamber inflammation.
