CONCLUSIONS: In North China, the most common primary cancer that metastasizes to the orbit is breast cancer, followed by gastrointestinal tract carcinoma and lung cancer. The increasing trend of orbital gastrointestinal tract metastases in North China in recent years is noteworthy.
