Comparison of pediatric pelvic fractures and associated injuries caused by different types of road traffic accidents
CONCLUSION: PVC is the leading cause of the abdomen and lower extremities injury and has the most concomitant injuries. Different traffic injuries often lead to different associated injuries. Older children are more likely to sustain more severe pelvic fractures and peripelvic organs injuries.
