Informal sale of antibiotics in Guatemalan convenience stores before and after implementation of federal antibiotic dispensing legislation

CONCLUSIONS: Antibiotics remain widely available in convenience stores consistent with no significant change in the informal sector after implementation of prescription requirements for pharmacies.
