ConclusionThis case highlights the importance of considering the possibility of concurrent malignancies in the differential diagnosis of complex breast masses and underscores the challenges involved in diagnosing and managing such cases. Additionally, we also emphasize the value of neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy in MS.
