ConclusionIn this meta-analysis of three RCTs, no significant difference was observed between DOACs and VKAs in cardiovascular mortality, all-cause mortality, ischemic/uncertain type of stroke or transient ischemic attack, or major or life-threatening bleeding in patients with AF on chronic hemodialysis.
