The causal relationship between ankylosing spondylitis and the risk of ovarian cancer
CONCLUSION: Our Mendelian randomization analysis provides strong evidence supporting a potential causal relationship between AS and ovarian cancer risk, with ankylosing spondylitis clearly associated with an increased risk of ovarian cancer.
