Hydroxytyrosol Induces Dyslipidemia in an ApoB100 Humanized Mouse Model
ConclusionHT supplementation induces systemic dyslipidemia and impaired glucose metabolism in humanized mice. Although the numerous health-promoting effects of HT far outweigh these potential adverse effects, further carefully conducted studies are needed.
