Fluoropyrimidine usage in cases with hyperammonemia: real-world data study using the Japanese Adverse Drug Event Report (JADER) database
ConclusionHyperammonemia cases were more likely to be reported with intravenous fluorouracil than orally administered fluoropyrimidines. Fluoropyrimidines might interact with CKD in hyperammonemia cases.
