Epidemiology, microbiology, and outcomes of infective endocarditis in a tertiary center in Jordan
ConclusionIn patients with endocarditis, Streptococcus viridans is the most common culture-positive bacteria at JUH. One third of our patients needed surgical intervention and the mortality rate was 13%.
