Resveratrol-loaded gold nanoparticles enhance caspase-mediated apoptosis in PANC-1 pancreatic cells via mitochondrial intrinsic apoptotic pathway

ConclusionsThe results demonstrate that RVT@PVP-GNPs enhance the anti-tumor efficacy of free RVT by activating the intrinsic apoptotic pathway and could be considered as potential anti-tumor drug candidates against pancreatic cancer cells.
