Biological evaluation and pharmacophore modeling of some benzoxazoles and their possible metabolites
Abstract A series of benzoxazole derivatives and some possible primary metabolites were evaluated as anticancer agents. In vitro anti‐proliferative activities of the compounds were tested using the SRB assay on cancerous (HeLa) and non‐cancerous (L929) cell lines. It was found that 17 of 21 tested compounds had cytotoxic activity on HeLa cells and the cytotoxic activities of the compounds were 15–700 times higher than on L929 cells. Effects of factor XIII deficiency on thromboelastography. Thrombelastography with calcium and lysis by addition of streptokinase is more sensitive than solubility tests
Conclusions: TEG parameters MA and elasticity, and Lys 60 in TEG with Ca2+ and in TEG Ca2+ and SK are more sensitive to low levels of pFXIII than solubility tests. The increased Lys60 induced by subthreshold concentration of SK could probably reflect the clot characteristics “in vivo” in many patients with pFXIII levels between 5-40% and could be potentially considered as screening test.

Conclusions This paper presents some findings about effective use of codified hashtags on Twitter during emergencies by analyzing a dataset of tweets based on three regional codified hashtags for weather warning in Italy. Relationship between the Psychiatric Symptoms in Expecting Parents and Postpartum Depression and Infantile Colic: A Multicenter Follow up Study.
