Perirectal Fascial Anatomy: New Insights Into an Old Problem
CONCLUSIONS: The 2 lamellae of the parietal pelvic fascia and the fascial fusion zones are key structures of perirectal anatomy. For autonomic nerve preservation, the recognition of the inner lamella of the parietal pelvic fascia is crucial. To avoid inadvertent rectal perforation or accidental presacral dissection, the rectosacral ligament must be identified and transected for complete rectal mobilization. Abstract Factitious disorder imposed on another (FDIA-DSM-5), formerly known as Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy (MSP) is a form of child abuse. A case can be recognised by only keeping the relevant diagnoses in mind. There are many cases of FDIA diversified by the contributions of both the caregiver and the child.
