ConclusionsRace, haplotype frequency and disease status at the time of MUD search influence probability to identify a MUD and receive a transplant. Relationship Between State-Level Google Online Search Volume and Cancer Incidence in the United States: Retrospective Study
Conclusions: Cancer incidence is correlated with online search volume at the state level. Search patterns were temporally associated with cancer awareness months and celebrity announcements. Online searches reflect public awareness. Advancing understanding of online search patterns could augment traditional epidemiologic surveillance, provide opportunities for targeted patient engagement, and allow public information campaigns to be evaluated in ways previously unable to be measured.

A comparative study of Hasford score and Sokal index in prognostication of the novo chronic myeloid leukemia patients and a search for new prognostic markers.

Full-length mutation search of the TP53 gene in acute myeloid leukemia has increased significance as a prognostic factor
In this study,TP53 gene mutation was observed in 7.3% of the total 412 de novo AML cases (33 mutations in 30 cases), with mutation outside the DNA binding domain in eight cases (27%).TP53 gene deletion was observed in 3.1% of 358 cases.
