Observation of clinical efficacy of rt-PA intravenous thrombolytic treatment for patients combined with grade 0-1 diabetic foot by Wagner classification and acute ischemic stroke.
CONCLUSIONS: rt-PA can reduce the level serum fibrinogen, promotes local microcirculation and nutrition metabolism of diabetic foot, and improve the clinical prognosis of patients with diabetic foot, but will not increase the incidence of adverse events at the same time. Abstract Annually, an estimated 152000 people in the UK have a stroke, accounting for 11% of all deaths in England and Wales, but for those that survive, nutrition is key to the body's recovery. Consequences of malnutrition can include increased susceptibility to infection, delayed healing, impaired cardiovascular function, decreased muscle strength and depression. Given the complex nature of post-stroke dysphagia, it may not be possible that simple screening tools sufficiently identify those at risk of aspiration. Nutrition program selection in acute ischemic stroke patients with GI hemorrhage.
CONCLUSIONS: This study showed that moderate feeding had a much more profound effect on the outcomes than trophic feeding and supplemental parenteral nutrition, as it was associated with lower mortality, higher GCS score at discharge, and higher GOS score 3 months after discharge. Prognostic Nutritional Index for Predicting 3-Month Outcomes in Ischemic Stroke Patients Undergoing Thrombolysis
Conclusions: The PNI was independently associated with 3-month outcomes in AIS patients undergoing IVT. As an easily obtainable nutritional marker, PNI may be a useful nutritional assessment tool in the clinic work.
