Clinical outcomes in spontaneous coronary artery dissection
Conclusions In this large prospective cohort of patients with SCAD, prognosis was overall favourable, with events mainly driven by reinfarctions or unplanned revascularisations. History of hypothyroidism, proximal vessel involvement, type 2 IMH and DAPT at discharge were associated with MACCE. Trial registration number NCT03607981.

Ischaemic stroke due to basilar artery occlusion in a puerperal patient with SARS-CoV-2 infection
CONCLUSION: Severe SARS-CoV-2 disease results in a prothrombotic state that correlates with the prognosis of the disease. The last trimester of pregnancy and the puerperium are known prothrombotic risk factors. Recommendations for anticoagulation management in pregnant patients with COVID-19 are based on limited evidence. Balloon guide catheter improvements in thrombectomy outcomes persist despite advances in intracranial aspiration technology
Conclusions Our results support the benefit of BGC use on angiographic and clinical outcomes in anterior circulation LVO ischemic stroke remain significant even when considering recent improvements in intracranial aspiration technology.

Stroke Dysbiosis Index (SDI) in Gut Microbiome Are Associated With Brain Injury and Prognosis of Stroke
