ConclusionsUtilizing a single stroke scale in the field improves EMS dispatch-to-MS time, EMS dispatch-to-groin puncture time, and EMS door-to-intervention time. Implementation of mG-FAST as a pre-hospital screening tool is an effective method of triaging patients to the MS or DS hospitals.

Assessing bilateral ankle proprioceptive acuity in stroke survivors: An exploratory study
ConclusionsStroke survivors had bilateral deficits in ankle proprioceptive acuity during active movements compared with age-matched healthy controls, underscoring the need to evaluate these deficits on both sides of the body and develop effective sensorimotor rehabilitation methods for this patient population. The AMEDA can reliably determine bilateral ankle proprioceptive acuity in stroke survivors.

Peripheral blood monocytes as a therapeutic target for marrow stromal cells in stroke patients
ConclusionThe systemic circulation of stroke patients may differentially interact with MSCs to release soluble factors integral to their paracrine mechanisms of benefit. Our study finds that the effect of MSCs on Mϕ is different on those derived from stroke patients blood as compared to healthy controls. These findings suggest immunomodulation of peripheral immune cells as a therapeutic target for MSCs in patients with acute stroke.

Triglyceride-glucose index and the incidence of stroke: A meta-analysis of cohort studies
ConclusionA higher TyG index may be independently associated with a higher risk of stroke in individuals without stroke at baseline. The aforementioned findings need to be verified by a large-scale prospective cohort study to further clarify the underlying pathophysiological mechanism between the TyG index and stroke.

Descriptive analysis of post-stroke patients in a neurological physical therapy unit
Discussion and conclusionOur results do not show significant differences between the persons < 65 years and the number of outpatient physiotherapy sessions performed, although the resulting values are close to significance. Our results suggest that the PPP is a young person, with a hemorrhagic and left or bilateral stroke.

ConclusionComplement-related pathways, lipoprotein-related functions and effects, thrombosis and hemostasis, coronavirus disease (COVID-19), and inflammation and immunity pathways are not only key pathways in the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke but also the main pathways of action of rehabilitation therapy.
