Impact of triglyceride playing on stroke severity correlated to bilirubin
Major lipids making effects on the occurrence of acute ischemic stroke (AIS) is well recognized, but their roles on stroke severity remain uncertain. To explore the exact roles of lipids playing on stroke severity and the possible mechanism, we conduct this observational study. Data was collected from patients with AIS from February 2008 to May 2012. The level of major lipids was compared among AIS groups with different severity and investigated the correlation. Efficacy and safety of mechanical thrombectomy for cardioembolic stroke: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis

Strategies adopted to manage physical and psychosocial challenges after returning home among people with stroke: A qualitative study
This study was conducted to explore how stroke survivors manage their life after returning home from the hospital. This was a qualitative study with individual, semi-structured interviews. We recruited a purposive sample of adults who had a first or recurrent ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke and currently lived at home. Participants were asked about their post-stroke experiences, challenges encountered, and strategies adopted for managing post-stroke conditions. Renal dysfunction is associated with lower odds of home discharge for patients with stroke

Association of beta-2-microglobulin, cystatin C and lipocalin-2 with stroke risk in the general Chinese population
