CONCLUSIONS: We are very uncertain of the effect of marine-derived n-3 PUFAs therapy on functional outcomes and dependence after stroke as there is insufficient high-certainty evidence. More well-designed RCTs are needed, specifically in acute stroke, to determine the efficacy and safety of the intervention. Stroke-Specific Predictors of Major Bleeding in Anticoagulated Patients With Stroke and Atrial Fibrillation: A Nationwide Multicenter Registry-Based Study
CONCLUSIONS: This study found that major bleeding risk was independently associated with stroke-specific factors in anticoagulated patients with stroke and AF. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) for stroke recovery.
CONCLUSIONS SSRIs appeared to improve dependence, disability, neurological impairment, anxiety and depression after stroke, but there was heterogeneity between trials and methodological limitations in a substantial proportion of the trials. Comparison of antiplatelet regimens in secondary stroke prevention: a nationwide cohort study
Conclusion: Clopidogrel and the combination of acetylsalicylic acid and dipyridamole were associated with similar risks for recurrent ischemic stroke and bleeding; whereas acetylsalicylic acid was associated with higher risks for both ischemic stroke and bleeding. The latter finding may partially be explained by selection bias.

Stroke Risk Reduction Outweighed Bleeding Risk Increase from Vitamin K Antagonists Treatment among Nonvalvular Atrial Fibrillation Patients with High Stroke risk and Low Bleeding Risk.
CONCLUSION: In NVAF patients at high risk for stroke and low risk for bleeding, our data confirm the effectiveness of anticoagulation for stroke prevention. The decrease in stroke risk of anticoagulation may outweigh the risk of major bleeding events, particularly among elderly patients. Interventional closure vs. medical therapy of patent foramen ovale for secondary prevention of stroke: updated meta-analysis
ConclusionsInterventional closure of PFO resulted in significant reduction of stroke and stroke/TIA compared with antiplatelets/anticoagulants with comparable bleeding rates between the groups, whereas AF occurred more frequently in the intervention group. Patients with large shunts had more benefit from interventional closure.
