Characteristics of Neurological Symptoms in Adult Japanese Patients with Fabry Disease.
Conclusion Patients with FD present with various neurological symptoms. Headache, particularly migraine, might be a major neurological symptom in patients with FD. Endovascular Approach in Patients with Acute Complete Occlusion Due to Middle Cerebral Artery Dissection.
Conclusion: An intimal flap at the proximal portion of an occluded MCA can suggest the possibility of MCA dissection. Contrast aspiration thrombectomy without microcatheter passage can reduce the risk of false lumen rupture in cases of MCA dissection. PMID: 33105537 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]

What Are the Main Acyanotic Congenital Heart Diseases?
Discussion Congenital heart diseases (CHD) are malformations of the heart and great vessels. It occurs in about 5-8/1000 live births. Cyanotic congenital heart disease is often noted perinatally because of cyanosis, respiratory distress and/or poor feeding or other distress type problems. A review can be found here. He was admitted to hospital for monitoring and conservative management with antiplatelet therapy, resulting in a good outcome. This is the first reported case of bilateral vertebral artery dissection and stroke to be associated with massage. This case also suggests, unlike many reports in...
