Late vascular complications after cranial radiotherapy: A report of two illustrative cases
We present two cases of late neurological complications after CRT and briefly discuss its diagnosis and their shared pathophysiological aspects. One-year prognosis of non-traumatic cortical subarachnoid haemorrhage: a prospective series of 34 patients
ConclusionsThe most frequent causes of cSAH in our series were cerebral amyloid angiopathy, ischaemic stroke, and vasculitis. Synchronous cerebral arteriovenous malformation and lung adenocarcinoma carcinoma brain metastases: A case study and literature review.

Intracranial hypertension as the primary symptom of gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma: A case report and literature review
Conclusion: To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma primarily presenting IH and accompanied by subcutaneous metastases. This case emphasizes the importance of excluding malignancy from the differential diagnosis of IH.

Status Epilepticus in Patients with SMART (P5.012)
CONCLUSIONS We describe three patients with SMART presenting with SE. Our cases raise the concern that SMART is not necessarily a migraine phenomenon but can be a form of focal SE associated with stroke-like symptoms. Metastatic chromophobe renal cell carcinoma to the brain
This report documents an unusual case of a patient with a chromophobe renal cell carcinoma presenting with a brain metastasis. A 58-year-old man presented with stroke-like symptomatology, including expressive aphasia, right side facial weakness, headaches and vomiting. CT imaging demonstrated a 4.7cm left frontal lobe hemorrhagic mass. He underwent surgery with excision of the mass, which was marked by sheets of large cells with lightly eosinophilic to clear cytoplasm. The Syndrome of Stroke-like Migraine Attacks After Radiation Therapy Associated With Prolonged Unresponsiveness in an Adult Patient
Conclusions: Reduced level of consciousness of such severity and duration as observed here has not previously been described in SMART syndrome. This report, however, suggests that an excellent prognosis can be expected even in cases of prolonged unresponsiveness. The pathogenic mechanisms of SMART syndrome remain unclear, but may involve pathways common to both migraine and epilepsy.
