Evaluation of an Integrin αvβ3 Radiotracer, 18FF-FPP-RGD2, for Monitoring Pharmacological Effects of Integrin αv siRNA in the NASH Liver
ConclusionThis study suggests that [18F]F-FPP-RGD2 PET imaging is a promising radiotracer for monitoring hepatic integrin αv protein levels and hepatic function in NASH pathology.

Evaluation of 18 FF-DPA as a target for TSPO in head and neck cancer under normal conditions and after radiotherapy
Conclusions[18F]F-DPA can detect changes in TSPO expression levels after RT in HNSCC, which does not seem to reflect inflammation. Further studies are however needed to clarify the physiological mechanisms regulated by TSPO after RT.

Non-canonical TSHR signaling activation increases cell mobility and dedifferentiation of thyroid cancer
Conclusions: Our results elucidate non-canonical activation of TSH-TSHR signaling and its role in increasing cell mobility and dedifferentiation in thyroid cancer through crosstalk with PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling.

The preclinical characterization of 18FhGTS13 for imaging of xC- transporter activity
Conclusion: [18F]hGTS13 is a novel radiotracer for measuring xC- transporter activity. It showed high and specific uptake in cell assays with A549 and H460 cells. [18F]hGTS13 showed significantly lower uptake in activated T cells compared to [18F]FSPG. PET/CT imaging of [18F]hGTS13 in H460 tumor bearing rats revealed significantly higher tumor uptake than [18F]FSPG.

Effect of IDH3{alpha} on glucose uptake in lung adenocarcinoma
Conclusion: High expression of IDH3α in lung adenocarcinoma patients showed higher glucose uptake than low expression ones. IDH3α affect glucose uptake of lung cancer through AKT-GLUT1 pathway, the down-regulation of IDH3α can reduce the generation of lactic acid in tumor cells.

Synthesis of a stabilized 177Lu–siRNA complex and evaluation of its stability and RNAi activity
In this study, the effects of PS and 2′-O-Me modifications at the backbone of siRNA on serum stability and RNA interference activity were investigated. Materials and methods: Fully PS and 2′-O-Me-modified type 1 insulin-like growth factor receptor (IGF-1R) siRNA was radiolabeled with lutetium-177 (177Lu) through p-SCN-Bn-DTPA as a chelator. After purification with Vivaspin and PD-10 columns, the radiolabs were examined for stability in serum by instant thin-layer chromatography and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The level of IGF-1R in response to the modified and labeled IGF-1R siRNA was examined using RT-PCR and ...
