GSE122739 Differential requirement for B-cell Receptor signaling during adhesion of different Mantle Cell Lymphoma cell lines to stromal cells
Conclusions: The results suggest that different MCL cell lines exhibit different signaling profiles and pathway dependencies during microenvironment interaction. In this study BCR signaling pathways were shown to be important for stromal cell adhesion of JeKo1 cells but not REC1 cells. This provides a possible mechanism to account for the differential responsiveness of MCL patients to treatment with the Bruton ’s Tyrosine Kinase inhibitor, Ibrutinib, an inhibitor of BCR signaling that is clinically approved for MCL.

Inhibition of circular RNA_0000285 prevents cell proliferation and induces apoptosis in thyroid cancer by sponging microRNA-654-3p
Oncol Lett. 2021 Sep;22(3):673. doi: 10.3892/ol.2021.12934. Epub 2021 Jul 19.ABSTRACTThyroid cancer is derived from follicular or thyroid cells and has become the most prevalent malignant tumor of endocrine organs, with increased morbidity and mortality. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are used as prognostic and predictive markers for different types of cancer. However, the role of circRNA_0000285 in thyroid cancer and its potential molecular mechanism remain unclear. The present study aimed to investigate the roles and underlying molecular mechanism of circRNA_0000285 in thyroid cancer to identify novel treatments for this disea...
