COVID-19 Vaccines Are Safely Tolerated in Adolescents with Cutaneous Mastocytosis
Conclusion: The COVID-19 vaccination of patients with CM in this series seems to be safe, and the rate of adverse events was comparable to that in the general population. These results found in adolescents with CM are in line with the existing evidence that CM does not preclude vaccination in children.Int Arch Allergy Immunol

Tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis vaccine coverage in adults with chronic respiratory conditions
Pertussis is a highly contagious respiratory disease, and those with chronic respiratory illnesses may be at higher risk of infection and severe pertussis. Acellular pertussis –containing vaccines (Tdap) are recommended in the United States for those with risk factors, such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis (Tdap) vaccine coverage in adults with chronic respiratory conditions
Pertussis is a highly contagious, vaccine-preventable, respiratory disease caused by the bacterium Bordetella pertussis. Despite high infant vaccination rates and the extension of vaccine recommendations to adolescents and adults, the control of pertussis has proven challenging. Pertussis has remained endemic world-wide and upward trends in incidence, with increased intensity of outbreaks, have been documented in multiple countries.1-5 Although most cases of pertussis occur among infants too young to be vaccinated, the global change in the epidemiology of pertussis has been accompanied by a gradual shift in the age-specifi...

226 Characteristics of immune response profile in patients with immediate allergic and autoimmune urticarial reactions induced by COVID-19 vaccines
Allergic and hypersensitivity reactions induced by COVID-19 vaccines are increasingly reported and some patients may develop prolonged urticarial reactions following COVID-19 vaccination. Herein, we investigated the risk factors and immune mechanisms for patients with COVID-19 vaccines-induced immediate allergy and chronic urticaria (CU). We prospectively recruited and analyzed 129 patients with COVID-19 vaccine –induced immediate allergic and urticarial reactions as well as 115 COVID-19 vaccines–tolerant individuals from multiple medical centers during 2021–2022.
