CONCLUSION: Our study found that COVID-19 has continued to impact pediatric anesthesiology. There are major discrepancies between what anesthesiologists believe are important for job satisfaction and faculty retention compared to implemented initiatives. CD4 levels and NSCLC metastasis: the benefits of maintaining moderate levels
CONCLUSIONS: A threshold effect is shown to exist between the peripheral blood CD4 and distant metastasis in NSCLC patients. It was revealed that the risk of distant metastasis is lower when CD4 is maintained between 32 and 44%, whereas low (< 32%) or high (> 44) levels of CD4 are associated with an increased risk of distant metastasis in NSCLC patients.PMID:37733240 | DOI:10.1007/s00432-023-05418-2

Pneumonitis in Patients Receiving Thoracic Radiotherapy and Osimertinib: A Multi-Institutional Study
CONCLUSIONS: Although the overall rate of pneumonitis in patients receiving TRT and osimertinib was relatively low, there was a small risk of severe toxicity. The mean lung dose was associated with an increased risk of developing pneumonitis. CONCLUSIONS: Subtype of SCLC generally remains the same after acquiring chemotherapy resistance. Plasticity was observed with rare cases switching from NEUROD1-predominant to ASC1-predominant SCLC. Bilastine 0.6% preservative-free eye drops, an effective once-daily treatment to reduce signs and symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis: A pooled analysis of two randomized clinical trials
CONCLUSION: This multi-trial assessment suggests that bilastine 0.6% ophthalmic solution is efficacious for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis, with a rapid and prolonged duration of action, and has a favorable safety profile.
