Exercise prior to influenza vaccination for limiting influenza incidence and its related complications in adults.
CONCLUSIONS: From the available evidence, we found that exercising before influenza vaccination is neither beneficial nor harmful. However, study data were limited and of low quality. Small sample sizes, study design limitations, exercise types, and focus on biochemical rather than participant-centred outcomes strongly influenced our findings. How to Protect Yourself if You are Force-Vaccinated
Conclusions Avoiding vaccines is the best line of defense against exposure to dangerous toxins. If one is faced with the necessity to vaccinate, there are several important health measures which may reduce damage. Not vaccinating when ill, and spreading out vaccinations as much as possible can reduce likelihood of vaccine damage. Use of a cold pack immediately following vaccination can help block an immune reaction. Use of vitamin C before and after vaccination is considered critical. Deciding on a protocol inclusive of several antioxidants including vitamins D3 and E is important. Smoothies made with celery and parsley an...

The Dangerous Expansion of Adult Vaccinations
Conclusion The vaccination comprises a misguided and unsafe national health care program which claims to prevent disease. Many significant health injuries are associated with vaccinating adults. Government resources are being spent researching and developing new and different vaccinations. Subjecting adults to more vaccinations is likely to cause more health injury and illness. Assessing Fever in Returning Travelers: Part II
Zika continues to be the virus of the day for returning travelers, but there are several other diseases that we need to consider in these patients when they present to us in the emergency department. Chikungunya is epidemic in many of the same countries as Zika and can be even more devastating. And Avian and MERS-CoV is still present in many countries. Unlike patients infected with Zika virus, these patients do require isolation to protect our health care staff from infection. Chikungunya Chikungunya, which means “to walk bent over,” was likely endemic but unrecognized in the United States before the mosquito er...

Immunogenicity and safety of Southern Hemisphere quadrivalent inactivated influenza vaccine: a Phase III, open-label study of adults in Brazil.
Abstract The World Health Organization influenza forecast now includes an influenza B strain from each of the influenza B lineages (B/Yamagata and B/Victoria) for inclusion in seasonal influenza vaccines. Traditional trivalent influenza vaccines include an influenza B strain from one lineage, but because two influenza B lineages frequently co-circulate, the effectiveness of trivalent vaccines may be reduced in seasons of influenza B vaccine-mismatch. Thus, quadrivalent vaccines may potentially reduce the burden of influenza compared with trivalent vaccines. In this Phase III, open-label study, we assessed the immu...

Extensive swelling of the limb and systemic symptoms after a fourth dose of acellular pertussis containing vaccines in England in children aged 3-6years.
Abstract Extensive limb swelling (ESL) after a booster dose of acellular pertussis (aP) containing vaccine can cause concern and has the potential to be confused with cellulitis. In the United Kingdom aP-containing vaccine was introduced for primary immunisation at 2, 3 and 4months of age in 2004, with the first cohorts eligible to receive a fourth dose in 2007 at school entry. We assessed the frequency of ESL (here defined as swelling >100mms diameter) in 973 children receiving a fourth dose of one of four aP vaccines given combined with inactivated polio, tetanus and either low dose diphtheria (TdaP/IPV) or h...
