In this study, two new strains DDB2-T1T (=KACC 21507T=LMG 31759T) and DM15PD (=CCM 9165=DSM 112731=KACC 22353=LMG 32454) were isolated from wasps collected in the Republic of Korea and Germany, respectively. Molecular and phenotypic analysis revealed that the strains are closely related, with 16S rRNA gene sequences showing 100 % identity and genomic average nucleotide identity (ANI) values ≥99 %. The structure revealed the interactions between α-Ctx RgIA and the (+) side of neuronal nAChR α9-ECD in high detail. Conclusion In this study, bacterial species that proliferate under saline conditions were isolated and screened to select the ones that are positive for QQ under high salinity and high temperatures. Further genomic and biochemical characterization revealed a particularly promising AiiA from the Altererythrobacter sp. Characterizing Relationship of Microbial Diversity and Metabolite in Sichuan Xiaoqu
Conclusion The difference in microbial community structures among different Xiaoqu samples was significant. The saccharifying- and liquefying-power were positively correlated with α- and β-diversity of bacteria but was also positively correlated with that of fungi. Quantitative Proteomic Analysis of the Response of Probiotic Putative Lactococcus lactis NCDO 2118 Strain to Different Oxygen Availability Under Temperature Variation
Conclusion In this work we applied the label-free proteomics approach to quantify the L. lactis subsp. lactis NCDO 2118 proteome in response to NAE or AN conditions under different temperatures. This comparative proteomic analysis generates different proteomic profiles which enabled the validation of in silico data of the L. lactis NCDO 2118 genome.
