Indobufen or Aspirin on Top of Clopidogrel after Coronary Drug-eluting Stent Implantation (OPTION): a Randomized, Open-label, Endpoint-blinded, Non-inferiority Trial
Conclusions: In Chinese patients with negative cardiac troponin undergoing DES implantation, indobufen plus clopidogrel DAPT compared with aspirin plus clopidogrel DAPT significantly reduced the risk of 1-year net clinical outcomes, which was mainly driven by a reduction in bleeding events without an increase in ischemic events.PMID:36335890 | DOI:10.1161/CIRCULATIONAHA.122.062762

Efficacy and safety of switching from ticagrelor to clopidogrel during the early and late phase in acute coronary syndrome patients after percutaneous coronary intervention.
The objective of the present study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of de-escalation in early and late phase after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). We performed a retrospective study of 4678 ACS patients from March 2016 to April 2017 who initially received ticagrelor then de-escalated to clopidogrel and categorized them into Group 1: early phase (1-30 days) and Group 2: late phase (>30 days-1 year) switching groups. A Comparison of Reduced-Dose Prasugrel and Standard-Dose Clopidogrel in Elderly Patients with Acute Coronary Syndromes Undergoing Early Percutaneous Revascularization.
Conclusions -The present study in elderly ACS patients showed no difference in the primary endpoint between reduced-dose prasugrel and standard-dose clopidogrel. In conclusion, mild to moderate baseline thrombocytopenia does not seem to have a clinically significant effect on bleeding or thrombotic or thromboembolic complications after PCI in these frail patients receiving multiple antithrombotic drugs.
