Effect of Chinese herbal medicine on stroke patients with type 2 diabetes
Conclusion The use of CHM as adjunctive therapy may improve the overall survival (OS) of stroke patients with T2D. The list of the comprehensive herbal medicines that they used might be useful in future large-scale, randomized clinical investigations of agent effectiveness, safety, and potential interactions with conventional treatments in stroke patients with T2D. Observation of clinical efficacy of rt-PA intravenous thrombolytic treatment for patients combined with grade 0-1 diabetic foot by Wagner classification and acute ischemic stroke.
CONCLUSIONS: rt-PA can reduce the level serum fibrinogen, promotes local microcirculation and nutrition metabolism of diabetic foot, and improve the clinical prognosis of patients with diabetic foot, but will not increase the incidence of adverse events at the same time. The risk of lower gastrointestinal bleeding in low ‐dose aspirin users
ConclusionsThe risk of LGIB was higher in low‐dose aspirin users than in aspirin nonusers in this nationwide cohort. Low‐dose aspirin, NSAIDs, steroids, SSRIs, PPIs and H2RAs were independent risk factors for LGIB.
