This might (not) be my last chance, but...
Hello,
I'm 44 and European. I have been workin as a physiotherapist for a long time. First I did my bachelor in physiotherapy and about fife years later I did my masters in physiotherapy. I have everything ready for my phd but...
Little more than 10 years ago I was working in east-Africa. Casting clubfoot, treating traumas ect. Something you can't do in Europe as a physio. I didn't count working hours and I just tried to do the best I could. I always wanted to go back there, but thats no...

NBME Shelf Physiology
Hi guys,
So this is a bit las minute but I have the Physio shelf on Monday, and we just took the last block test of Physio 2 endocrine yesterday. I started to read BRS today but I was wondering if this is really the best use of my time, being that I only have 3 days!!!
What would you guys suggest? I'm doing well in my class so I'm not really worried about passing/failing as I could get a 50% and still pass Physiology, but I want to do well.
Thanks in advanced for the suggestions (Source: Student Doctor Network)

IM/Anes -- > Cardiac -- > CC?
Just heard an attending talking about how if you really love anesthesia, cardio and CCM the way to go would be a combined IM/Anesthesia residency (or even just anesthesia) then do a CC Fellow along with a cardiac anesthesia Fellowship. You would be a master of physio in regards to CC (due to the combined residency with IM) along with the procedures of Anesthesia. With the cardiac fellowship you can do nearly any anesthesia case and then man the CICUor even just ICU.
Biggest drawback is...

SOS: I need an online Physio I/II class!
Hey all, I'm new on here but think this would be a great resource for info/feedback! I need recommendations on where to take an ONLINE Physio I/II course (not A&P)! Friends and I need to take it over the summer, but it's okay if it crosses over spring/fall semester. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED. My university is ULTRA picky and won't help us search. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Boards Part 1
Yup, another one of these!
Boards Part 1 APMLE...materials, advice, time etc???
APMLE Part 1 - 2012
Judging by those, most people say:
BRS Physio
Micro Made Simple
Sketchy Pharm and Micro
Lower Limb Manual (DMU's)
USMLE Step 1 Pathology
Anything else I missed or recommendations? (Source: Student Doctor Network)
