IJERPH, Vol. 20, Pages 1288: Predicting Challenge and Threat Appraisal of Job Demands among Nurses: The Role of Matching Job Resources
Conclusions: The present study identified domain-specific job resources that contribute to how employees perceive selected job demands. Accordingly, we encourage scholars and practitioners to align job demands with matching job resources to prevent nurses’ threat appraisal of job demands, and to promote their challenge appraisals. Origin and evolution of subtype B variants in the former Soviet Union countries
The objective of this analysis was to investigate the origin and transmission routes of HIV subtype B in FSU countries. We performed phylogenetic and phylodynamic analyses using 21,007 publicly available subtype B sequences from Europe and Asia, including thirteen FSU countries. Our study suggests that BFSU strain evolved more recently in FSU countries (Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Belarus, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan) compared to the Western B variant in Western Europe (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland). The primary high-risk group responsible for ...

The humanitarian aid of neurosurgical missions in Peru: A chronicle and future perspectives
CONCLUSION: Neurosurgical missions have represented a strategy to close the disparity in education and treatment in Peru. However, additional efforts must be conducted to improve long-term partnership and sustainability, such as adopting standardized indicators for progress tracking, incorporating remote technologies for continuous training and communication, and expanding partnerships in less attended areas.PMID:36600741 | PMC:PMC9805600 | DOI:10.25259/SNI_940_2022 (Source: Surgical Neurology International)
