Progressive Primary Plate-Like Osteoma Cutis of the Scalp
Osteoma cutis (OC) or cutaneous ossification refers to uncommon bone formation in the skin. Primary OC develops without any predisposing factor or pre-existing lesion, whereas secondary OC sets out as a dystrophic ossification following traumatic, cicatricial, and neoplastic factors or other cutaneous inflammations. Herein, we report a rare case of long-standing progressive primary OC of the scalp resected in 3 sessions with no recurrence after 1 year.Skin Appendage Disord (Source: Skin Appendage Disorders)

Follicular Granular Parakeratosis: A Case Report, Literature Review, and Proposed Classification
Granular parakeratosis (GP) is a distinctive acquired keratotic dermatosis that is usually presented with brownish-red hyperkeratotic papules and plaques in the intertriginous areas. Follicular involvement in GP could be either extending lesions from interfollicular epithelium or originating primarily from the follicular epithelium. The latter was named follicular GP and is considered an extremely rare condition. To our knowledge, there has been one reported case so far in the literature. We herein report the second case of follicular GP in a 52-year-old Thai man presenting with multiple tiny filiform hyperkeratotic papule...

Psoriasis Exacerbation after < b > < i > Candida < /i > < /b > Antigen Immunotherapy Injection
Conclusion:Candida antigen injection may cause psoriasis exacerbation, as TNF α and subsequent T-helper 1 induction is crossroad in both psoriasis andCandida antigen immunotherapy. Therefore, we report this case to state that besides the effectiveness ofCandida antigen for wart therapy, caution should be considered if used in patients who are susceptible to psoriasis with meticulous follow-up or better to apply an alternative treatment option.Skin Appendage Disord (Source: Skin Appendage Disorders)
