The Proliferating and Malignant Proliferating Trichilemmal Cyst: An Anatomo-Clinical Study of Three Cases
We report 3 cases through which we will detail the anatomo-clinical characteristics of these tumors.Cases: Two patients, 60 and 56 years old, consulted for multiple scalp nodules, one of which had changed with the appearance of a central ulceration. The removal of the remaining scalp nodules was in favor of PTCs. The third patient presented with an ulcerative lesion occupying the vertex. Evaluation of Nail Findings in Patients with COVID-19 History and Wood ’s Lamp Examination
Conclusions: The luminescence may be seen due to the accumulation of favipiravir or its excipients (titanium dioxide and yellow ferric oxide) on the nails. Wood ’s lamp examination of the plasma taken from a patient after favipiravir’s first dose revealed the same luminescence as we saw on the nails. Accordingly, this accumulation may be seen in the vital organs. Although our knowledge about the virus increases day by day, the potentially hazardous effe cts of the virus and long-term complications of the treatment options are still being investigated.Skin Appendage Disord (Source: Skin Appendage Disorders)

Recurrent Onychomadesis of the Toenails in Children and Adults: A Case Series
Conclusion: For the cases herein, we propose microtrauma associated with footwear as the underlying etiology given the periodicity of nail shedding, exclusion of other etiological factors, and presence of predisposing risk factors in certain patients. Many patients saw improvement with application of urea 40% cream, suggesting this can be a valuable part of a treatment strategy, in addition to minimizing injury to involved digits.Skin Appendage Disord (Source: Skin Appendage Disorders)

Certolizumab Pegol: A New Therapeutic Approach for Acrodermatitis Continua of Hallopeau
Conclusion: PP and ACH are difficult to treat, and biologics may be an option more manageable than cyclosporine. CZP is the safest biologic therapy during pregnancy, so there is low risk in prescribing it in women with childbearing potential. However, continuing biological therapy during pregnancy always involves an assessment of the clinical benefits, which must outweigh the risks.Skin Appendage Disord (Source: Skin Appendage Disorders)
