O18  Integrated molecular analysis of systemic sclerosis skin and blood shows significant differences between major autoantibody subgroups
Conclusion We have found significant differences in skin gene expression and longitudinal change in serum markers by autoantibody specificity in dcSSc. O14  Frequency and site of clinically unsuspected synovitis on whole-body MRI in juvenile idiopathic arthritis
Conclusion In conclusion, 43.8% of JIA patients had subclinical synovitis on whole-body MRI scan with no significant difference between the clinically active vs. inactive JIA patients. Large joints were predominantly affected. Further research is required to validate our findings in a larger cohort of JIA p atients.Disclosure V. Choida: None.C. Ciurtin: None.T.J.P. Bray: None.D. O07  The increase in erythrocyte mean corpuscular volume by methotrexate is potentiated by hydroxychloroquine and is an early indicator of clinical response in rheumatoid arthritis
Conclusion Our data provides mechanistic insight into the synergistic clinical benefit of concomitant hydroxychloroquine with methotrexate, boosting the rise in erythrocyte MCV which could serve as an early biomarker of treatment response.Disclosure M.R. O04  Patient engagement with remotely delivered cognitive-behavioural and graded-exercise interventions to lessen the impact of fatigue in inflammatory rheumatic diseases: a qualitative evaluation
Conclusion Many patients engaged with the LIFT interventions and reported benefits of taking part. O20  Initial impact of COVID-19 on health-related quality of life in patients with rheumatic diseases from an evaluation of 1,727 patients: BAME and female patients are at higher risk
Conclusion We found significantly worse mental health scores in female patients, BAME patients and those patients that had suffered the COVID infection. Clinically extremely vulnerable patients had worse mental and physical health scores. There was no significant difference in mental health scores between p atients in different ages groups, while, as might be expected, physical health scores were significantly worse in the older age groups. These data indicate a focus on adverse psychological consequences in specific patient groups may be required for future increases in COVID infection rates. Further work on the evolvin...

O12  Dactylitis is associated with greater disease severity, CRP, ultrasound determined synovitis, and erosive damage in DMARD-naïve early PsA
Conclusion This study identifies dactylitis as a clinical indicator for an aggressive phenotype with significantly greater TJC, SJC, CRP, US synovitis and US defined erosions in DMARD-naïve early PsA. Longitudinal follow-up will determine if dactylitis represents poor prognosis. Dactylitis may be a useful discriminator for risk stratification in future PsA management strategies and clinical trials.Disclosure S. Dubash: None.O.A. Alabas: None.X. Michelena: None.L. O08  Developing a DNA methylation signature for predicting rheumatoid arthritis using a machine learning pipeline
Conclusion We provide a proof of principle for the application of a B lymphocyte-derived epigenetic signature to enhance prediction of RA in UA patients using stored PBMCs. O03  Prevalence of fragility fractures and medication prescription for osteoporosis in patients with polymyalgia rheumatica: results from the PMR Cohort Study
Conclusion Despite guidelines, fewer than 50% of patients were prescribed medications for osteoporosis. This data highlights the risks of fractures in PMR patients who have experienced previous falls. Over a period of two years, medication for osteoporosis was significantly protective, hence more needs to b e done to encourage adherence to guidelines. Further studies need to address reasons for non-adherence to guidelines and the effects of long-term treatment.Disclosure B. Sokhal: None.S.L. Hider: None.Z. Paskins: None.C.D. Mallen: None.S. Conclusion Although exceptionally talented people, the artists discussed show the inspiring possibilities of creativity despite severe rheumatic disease. P080  BSR national training survey results for rheumatology and GIM dual-accreditation
Conclusion The surveys identified a wide national variation in GIM training structure and duration, and dedicated Rheumatology training for dual-accrediting trainees. This inequality has proved concerning for many trainees. TPDs and trainees felt that further information and standardisation is needed regard ing the dedicated time required in Rheumatology and GIM. P079  Nurses educating patients about methotrexate: a video analysis study
Conclusion Nurses are doing many things well but consultations could be improved with training aimed at improving patient participation, awareness of cues, checking and summarising understanding. Also, interpretation of body language could be improved. Nodding does not necessarily indicate understanding and an animated patient who interrupts and checks is probably not having their perspective addressed.Disclosure S. Robinson: None.N. Adams: None.J. P078  Delivering far reaching patient education in rheumatological conditions and treatments: RadioRheumatology podcasts
Conclusion Podcasts can be an effective and cost-effective way to deliver patient education They enable both local and wider patient contact. Podcasts are an increasingly popular medium, particularly since the advent of COVID-19; listener number feedback and reviews enable us to assess the popularity of our episodes and tailor future podcasts accordingly. Hospital radio volunteers have been central to the success of this project by offering their time and championing the use of hospital radio to support clinical teams in delivering patient education.Disclosure R.M. P180  Undiagnosed depression in axial spondyloarthropathy negatively affects disease activity and quality of life
Conclusion A high percentage of axSpA patients recorded high HADs D and PHQ-9 scores for undiagnosed depression. These patients had significantly worse disease activity and quality of life as compared to patients with normal scores. Clinicians treating axSpA should consider screening for depression in this population.Disclosure S. Maguire: None.F. O'Shea: None. (Source: Rheumatology)

P179  Perpetual dilemma: international multicentre study correlating BASDAI and ASDAS (CRP) as a marker of disease activity in spondyloarthritis
Conclusion This is a first study involving India and UK, which systematically compares the disease activity and outcome measures. Although BASDAI and ASDAS correlate well, the agreement is better for patients with high disease activity. ASDAS is more sensitive to change and shows larger effect size on follo w-up. The outcome measures correlated more with active MRI lesions. Thus the cutoff value of BASDAI>4 for active disease might need a revision in clinical practiceDisclosure N. Jain: None.S.
