Mortality Among Individuals With Hypochondriasis
To the Editor I read with interest the article by Mataix-Cols and colleagues, who found that individuals who received a diagnosis of hypochondriasis in any type of specialized care in Sweden had a higher mortality risk than age- and sex-matched controls in the general population.
