Prognostic significance of bone marrow fibrosis in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
CONCLUSION: When the literature was reviewed, it was seen that this study was the first to define that bone marrow fibrosis grade 2 and above in DLBCL is a prognostic marker associated with worse survival. Digital morphology compared to the optical microscope: A validation study on reporting bone marrow aspirates
CONCLUSION: Our study demonstrated that screen evaluation of digitized bone marrow needle aspirates provides quantitative and qualitative results comparable to traditional microscopic analysis of the corresponding slide smears. Digital images offer significant benefits in reducing the workload of experienced operators, reproducibility and sharing of observations, and image preservation. Taipan snake venom time has high sensitivity for lupus anticoagulants in non-anticoagulated, triple positive antiphospholipid syndrome patients
CONCLUSIONS: TSVT/ET has high sensitivity for the clinically significant LA found in triple positive APS patients.
