AbstractExtranodal non-Hodgkin ’s lymphoma (NHL) afflicting the head and neck region is rare, accounting for only about 5%. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common type of NHL affecting the oral cavity. Due to its variable clinical presentation and non-pathognomic course, it can be easily misdiagnosed with over lapping characteristics to common oral pathologies.
