CONCLUSION: Our study strongly supports the effectiveness of WeChat continuity nursing intervention in improving postpartum mental health, reducing complications, and increasing patient satisfaction. These findings suggest the potential for integrating digital nursing interventions into standard postpartum care practices, offering personalized and accessible healthcare services. Introduction of allergenic food to infants and allergic and autoimmune conditions: a systematic review and meta-analysis
Conclusions This systematic review and meta-analysis shows that early introduction of allergen-containing food from 4 to 12 months of age, was associated with lower risk of multiple food allergy and eczema. Further research on other allergenic foods, and their long-term impact on food allergy and autoimmune risk is essential for enhancing our understanding on development of these conditions and guiding future clinical recommendations. Validation of the Investigator Global Assessment of Chronic Hand Eczema (IGA –CHE): a new clinician reported outcome measure of CHE severity
This study aimed to evaluate the psychometric properties of the IGA–CHE for use as an outcome measure in CHE clinical trials and clinical practice. Psychometric analyses were performed using data from a sample of 280 patients with moderate to severe CHE from a phase 3 trial of delgocitinib cream, pooled across treatment groups. Test–retest reliability results were moderate to strong with kappa coefficients ranging from 0.63 to 0.76.
