Are there substantial advantages to matching into well-known academic derm programs if you're not interested in an academic/research oriented career?

Michigan State CHM vs Wayne State
Hello I have been accepeted to both MSU’s MD program and Wayne State’s MD program. I need help deciding where to go.
Wayne - close to home. Good match list (I would like dermatology or ophthalmology). traditional cirriculum Where clincial experience begins M3.
MSU - would have to move, not as good of a match list. However, MSU students I know seem to have low stress and enjoy it a lot there which I really like. Early clinical experience.

Chances for dermatology after a pediatric residency..
I am currently a PGY 2 in paediatrics and I am very interested in pursuing a dermatology residency after the completion of my pediatric residency. It is my hopes to eventually become an academic paediatric dermatologist. I am currently wondering what are my chances.
My USMLE step I score was 256 and USMLE Step II score was 278.

aesthetics medicine - residency - anesthesiology ?
Which types of residencies allow for physicians to make the transition to aesthetics medicine, such as Med Spas and such?
I know plastic surgery definitely has the potential for such a transition, but I am not the most excited about a surgery residency. Dermatology is another potential residency option.

Why do Anesthesiologists get paid so much?
This is not about me being against the higher pay, but simply not knowing why. Most of this is speculation, but it seems a lot of the lesser traditional positions make the more money. Kind of like Radiology, or Dermatology. By less traditional, I mean not your typical stressful examine, diagnose, prescribe/treat doctor. I know Derm is, but stereotype is, it has better hours, no emergencies, less tress. I hope you get what I'm saying lol.

Should you still consider derm if you didn ’t enjoy your home derm rotation?
Does it get better when you are more confident in your clinical skills and can set up your practice however you like? I found clinic unbelievably draining despite the relatively short hours I worked and didn’t feel like a really “clicked” with the personalities I was working with, but I wonder if the immense lifestyle benefits of dermatology would outweigh that down the line.
