You’d need to either apply for accelerated graduate entry medicine courses or standard medicine courses in the final year of your chemistry degree and sit the appropriate admissions tests (UKCAT, GAMSAT or BMAT)
Volunteering at the Red Cross, HCA work in hospitals or care home work is all good long term experience, although hospital work is superior as you have direct access to doctors to ask questions.
