Absolute Neutrophil Count in Cases of Pancytopenia

Conclusion: On univariate and multivariate analysis ANC was significantly lower at baseline in patients of aplastic anemia. A longer follow-up of the patients will be required to assess the value of ANC in predicting response to therapy.PMID:35443536
